U.S. and China agree to "super intelligence" dialogue amid AI tensions

The U.S. and China agreed to establish a dialogue on artificial intelligence, dubbed the 'U.S.-China Super Intelligence (SI) Dialogue,' with a bilateral communication channel for SI incidents, the White House announced. The next meeting is set for November. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent focused on creating the channel during pre-summit meetings with Chinese officials.
