ENS Foundation takes administrative control of $65 million Endowment following tokenholder vote

ENS tokenholders voted to transform the ENS Foundation into a fully operational organization with a five-member board and financial power. The foundation now takes administrative control of its $65 million Endowment. The restructuring grants the foundation greater autonomy and authority over its treasury and operations.
