A federal judge on Wednesday lifted a nationwide injunction on the Trump administration’s mail-in voting policy, allowing it to be implemented for November’s election. U.S. District Judge Indira Talwani granted the Justice Department’s request to reconsider her earlier injunction after a Supreme Court ruling found a separate lawsuit challenging the order was premature.
