Maryland Gov. Wes Moore (D) called for national redistricting reform on Wednesday while signing a state bill redrawing the Old Line State's congressional map ahead of the midterms. The measure will appear on the November ballot and could potentially eliminate Rep. Andy Harris's (R-Md.) district, according to the governor's statement.
