Larry Sabato's Crystal Ball moved three Senate and four gubernatorial races toward Democrats on Tuesday, citing the "persistently poor national environment" for the GOP ahead of the midterms. The Iowa Senate race shifted from "Leans Republican" to "Toss-up," and the Kansas Senate race also moved left. The Center for Politics at the University of Virginia made the changes.
