Health officials identify source of US explosive diarrhoea outbreak

The US Food and Drug Administration identified iceberg lettuce supplied by Taylor Farms and sold at Taco Bell and Walmart locations as the source of cyclosporiasis infections. The outbreak has caused explosive diarrhoea in affected individuals. Health officials are investigating the contamination and advising consumers to check lettuce sources.
