Progressive Twitch streamer Hasan Piker filed a defamation lawsuit Tuesday against CNN commentator Scott Jennings in federal court in Washington, D.C. Piker alleges Jennings falsely claimed he advocated lynching Black Americans, based on an edited video. The 38-page lawsuit centers on an Aug. 11 episode of Jennings' show.
