Fighter jets intercept planes over Bedminster, East Rutherford airspace

Fighter jets intercepted multiple planes attempting to fly in temporarily restricted airspace on Sunday over Bedminster and East Rutherford, N.J. NORAD reported more than 10 general aviation aircraft entered restricted airspace, three requiring intercepts. Flares were deployed during the operations to ensure compliance with airspace restrictions.
