Exclusive: Trump adviser ties high gas prices to refining

Trump energy adviser Jarrod Agen said gasoline affordability is "the top issue that the president looks at" at an Axios House event Tuesday. The national average gas price is roughly $4.48, up from $3.18 a year ago. Agen said the president's long-term goal is preventing Iran from having nuclear capabilities, making higher prices worth it.
