The CDC declared the Cyclospora outbreak linked to Taylor Farms lettuce over on Friday, with 12,883 cases, 570 hospitalizations, and two deaths across 21 states. The FDA investigation continues. Taylor Farms recalled lettuce from central Mexico; Taco Bell removed affected lettuce. The contaminated lettuce is no longer available in stores or restaurants.
