Neil Bush, brother of former President George W. Bush, announced Tuesday he voted for Democrat James Talarico in the Texas Senate race. In a Facebook post, Bush said he normally stays out of politics but had serious concerns about Republican nominee Ken Paxton, the state attorney general.
