The XRP Ledger recorded 11,432 new accounts on September 24, more than three times its 30-day average of about 2,700–3,000. The spike came as XRP rose from $1.40 to $1.60, alongside higher whale activity and institutional positioning. However, new account creation does not confirm new users.
