Hyperliquid Bets Big on Prediction Markets With Permissionless HIP-4 Push

Hyperliquid announced on July 19 that its HIP-4 outcome markets product will move to permissionless deployment in a future network upgrade. The exchange revealed the rollout via Telegram, stating it will happen in two stages, beginning first on the platform.
