Kraken Parent Payward Eyes First CFTC-Regulated Hyperliquid Futures Market

Kraken parent Payward plans to become the first CFTC-regulated operator to deploy perpetual futures markets on Hyperliquid for eligible US customers. The proposal combines Hyperliquid's onchain infrastructure with Bitnomial's regulated exchange and Ninjatrader's brokerage, pending regulatory approval and Hyperliquid's HIP-3 upgrade.
