Arbitrum Blocks New Stylus Contract Activations on One and Nova

Arbitrum has blocked new Stylus contract activations on Arbitrum One and Nova as a precautionary measure. The action targets a potential attack involving WebAssembly programs built with nonstandard Stylus compiler tools. Existing applications and Solidity contracts remain unaffected, and the network continues operating normally while the issue is investigated.
