A magnitude 7.4 earthquake struck western Colombia, killing at least 111 people. In Cali, the country's third-largest city, search teams and civilians worked through the remains of destroyed buildings, passing concrete and rubble down a line of volunteers. Rescue efforts continued as communities dug through debris in the aftermath of the deadly quake.
