Lumentum (LITE) moved on Marvell's $115 billion deal to buy it, as Lumentum makes lasers for high-speed data transfer underpinning AI. Apple (AAPL) shares rose ahead of earnings, up 25% from a late June low, adding $1 trillion in market value.
