Dangote Says Kenya Refinery Will Be Listed in Nairobi

African billionaire Aliko Dangote said shares in a Kenya refinery he's building will trade on the country's stock exchange. Breaking ground on the $16 billion project is planned for Wednesday, but a Kenyan court ordered it paused after petitioners filed a case opposing it. Dangote spoke at an investors' event in Nairobi on Tuesday.
