Chief Justice John Roberts temporarily allowed construction of President Donald Trump's White House ballroom to continue while the Supreme Court considers a longer stay, after lower courts required congressional authorization. Bloomberg's Greg Stohr noted the court also weighs challenges to Trump's mail ballot order, and the administration prepares for litigation over new Canada tariffs.
