Trump approves death by firing squad for convicted terrorist

Nidal Malik Hasan, convicted for the 2009 Ft. Hood attack that killed 13, has been sentenced to death by firing squad. Pentagon spokesperson Sean Parnell announced Monday on X that Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth recommended the sentence and President Trump approved it. Hasan opened fire on unarmed American soldiers at Ft. Hood.
