Vitalik Buterin's Ethereum roadmap now prioritizes quantum readiness and privacy over other features. Quantum safety moved up the queue, while VDFs and most EVM improvement work moved down. Verkle trees and state expiry were dropped. Privacy, post-quantum scaling and native rollups were added, not present in the 2023 diagram.
