RBC Hires Bank of America’s Dan Mills to Head Canada Rates Sales

Dan Mills is joining Royal Bank of Canada as a managing director and head of rates sales in Canada, according to a spokesperson. Mills moves from Bank of America, where he held a similar role. The hire strengthens RBC's fixed-income sales team.
