Keyrock completed the acquisition of BlockFills' trading and brokerage assets for $3.25 million after BlockFills collapsed from a $75 million lending loss. The Brussels-based market maker aims to fill the gap in the institutional crypto derivatives market left by BlockFills' failure earlier this year.
