The Pentagon is pushing defense contractors to speed up weapons production and delivery amid concerns over dwindling U.S. military munition stockpiles, deepened since the war with Iran began. Deputy Secretary Steve Feinberg wrote in a Wednesday memo that firms have up to three weeks to respond to the urgent production and delivery demands.
