Sen. Jon Husted (R-Ohio) said Thursday that Rep. Max Miller (R-Ohio) would be 'unfit for public office' if allegations of domestic violence leveled by his ex-wife are true. Miller's ex-wife accused him of throwing hot water, pointing a gun at her head, and breaking their daughter's collarbone. He is under investigation.
