Russia sending first diesel shipment to US on Thursday

Russia will send its first tanker with diesel to the U.S. on Thursday, carrying 40,000 metric tons of fuel, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak said. Additional shipments will follow, according to Novak, marking a notable energy trade move between the two countries.
