Russia’s Parliament Advances Crypto Regulation Bill to Final Readings

Russia's State Duma will hold second and third readings of the crypto bill on July 22, 2026. The draft legislation, titled 'On Digital Currency and Digital Rights,' would formally allow companies to use cryptocurrencies for cross-border settlements. Anatoly Aksakov chairs the committee advancing the bill.
