Judge bars future Reflecting Pool charges against former Olympian

A Washington, D.C., judge ruled Thursday that the DOJ cannot try former Olympian David Hearn again in the future, officially ending the federal case accusing him of damaging the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool. Superior Court Judge Todd Edelman dismissed the case.
