Trump administration alleges UC Berkeley law school favors Black applicants

The Justice Department and Education Department alleged Wednesday that UC Berkeley School of Law favors Black applicants over white and Asian applicants, violating federal law. In a letter to attorney Tania Faransso, Assistant Attorney General Harmeet Dhillon said the institution 'deliberately' discriminates.
