The Zcash Grants Committee has withdrawn its plan to redirect 98,000 ZEC. The committee receives 8% of newly issued ZEC, about 144 ZEC per day, until a network upgrade changes the rules. The withdrawal means the funds will not be redirected as originally proposed.
