JPMorgan Joins DTCC’s First Onchain Securities Trial

JPMorgan tokenized part of its Invesco QQQ holdings for DTCC's first onchain securities trial. Microsoft, Circle, SPY, and a short-term Treasury ETF joined the initial tokenized asset group. Tokenized shares retain ownership, dividend, voting, and governance rights identical to conventional securities. Transactions support collateral transfers, equity trading, and repurchase agreements via approved blockchain networks.
