Paramount Talks Include Penalty for Missing 30-Film Pledge

Paramount Skydance Corp. faces a potential $30 million penalty per film if it fails to meet a 30-film annual theatrical distribution pledge as part of its planned merger with Warner Bros. Discovery Inc., according to two people familiar with the talks. The company could also be forced to sell its Miramax stake if it misses the target, Bloomberg reported.
