Circle Launches cirBTC with Transparent Bitcoin Reserves

Circle launched cirBTC, a bitcoin-backed token combining public reserve addresses and Chainlink Proof of Reserve for independent verification of Bitcoin collateral. The launch brings transparent reserves to as the market watches US spot BTC funds, the SEC approved ETF options on July 30.
