Judge rules Biden-era internet grant program unconstitutionally prioritized racial minorities

A federal judge ruled Wednesday that a Biden-era high-speed internet grant program unconstitutionally used race as a factor in funding decisions. U.S. District Judge John Bates cited the Supreme Court's affirmative action decision in siding with President Trump. The program signed into law by President Biden prioritized racial minorities, the ruling said.
