A São Paulo judge preserved Stake Brazil's authorization through Oct. 25 under a temporary court order, but barred promotions and rejected a request to operate through 2029. The decision allows the crypto-gaming platform to continue operations in Brazil on a limited basis while legal proceedings continue.
