MoonPay Signs Deal to Acquire North Capital for More Than $60 Million

MoonPay signed a deal to acquire North Capital for more than $60 million in an all-stock transaction. The acquisition would make North Capital a wholly owned MoonPay subsidiary and add regulated brokerage, custody, and clearing capabilities to MoonPay's infrastructure, expanding its services in the digital asset space.
