HTX, formerly Huobi, gave the UK High Court a five-year pledge on crypto promotions as its FCA case settled. HTX had already posted an Oct. 16 notice keeping UK accounts restricted, 11 days before a consent order stayed the regulator's lawsuit under a confidential deal with no admission of liability.
