Binance will resume withdrawals for XRP, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana and other major cryptocurrencies on Nov. 1 after recovering 95% of assets affected by a $6.3 billion security breach. The exchange had paused withdrawals to secure user funds and now begins restoring normal operations.
