Bitcoin Core Rewrites Security Policy as LLMs Make Some Bugs Easy to Rediscover

Bitcoin Core will now release fixes and security advisories quickly for bugs a simple LLM prompt could find, rather than holding them for as long as approximately a year under its severity rules. The policy change comes as LLMs make some bugs easy to rediscover.
