Group-IB discovered the HollowGraph malware, which uses a hijacked Microsoft 365 calendar as its command channel. Operator instructions and stolen files are hidden in calendar events dated to 2050. The malware moves data through legitimate Microsoft Graph API traffic, making detection difficult. The espionage implant targets sensitive information.
