CIA director Ratcliffe visits Moscow

CIA director John Ratcliffe is visiting Moscow on Tuesday for talks with Russian officials, marking his first trip to Russia since taking office and the highest-level U.S. visit since January. The U.S. asked Ukraine to suspend strikes until the delegation leaves. Ratcliffe traveled from Riga, Latvia, on a U.S. Air Force C-17 plane. The CIA did not respond to requests for comment.
