After months of vacancies, Kennedy revamps preventive services panel with new members

Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. on Thursday named eight new members to the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force, an influential panel that determines which preventive services insurers must cover for free. For the first time, physician specialists, not just primary care doctors, will fill the specialized HHS positions.
