Robinhood Chain Goes Down for 14 Minutes, HOOD Stock Drops 5%

Robinhood Chain stopped producing blocks for over 14 minutes on Sept. 4, stalling all transactions. The outage affected around 8,400 expected block intervals at the chain's normal 100ms block speed. Robinhood has not explained the cause or published a recovery timeline. Stock fell 5.1%.
