Chainlink Upgrade Gives Institutions Their Own Sign-Off on Cross-Chain Token Transfers

With Chainlink's CCIP 2.0 upgrade, institutions can run or hire verifiers that must approve each cross-chain token transfer alongside Chainlink's 16-operator committee. The upgrade also allows building KYC and sanctions screening into the flow, giving institutions more control over transfers.
