XRP Price: Ripple Gets Its Bank License While Whales Load Up

XRP trades near $1.29 as exchange withdrawals reach their highest share since mid-August, ahead of the Fed's October 28 decision. Ripple received final OCC approval for Ripple National Trust Bank, announced by CEO Brad Garlinghouse. Santiment says wallets holding at least 10M XRP control about 68.5% of supply, the most since November 2022.
