Arthur Hayes, CIO of Maelstrom, sold $22.28 million in altcoins, including $15.2 million of Ethereum, sending $28.8 million in tokens to exchanges since yesterday. US spot Ethereum ETFs saw $1.1 billion in outflows in October, the second-largest month since launch. Bitcoin fell to $80,000 amid Middle East tensions.
