Russian settlement system A7, created by Bank PSB, will unveil A7 International on October 13. The service enables payments for a foreign counterparty's invoice in USDT, with funds arriving via a standard SWIFT bank transfer in the required currency. The announcement was made in Moscow on October 12, 2026.
