Bittensor Adds Optional Mode That Raises Subnet Capacity to 2,500

Bittensor added an optional Null Consensus mode that raises subnet capacity to 2,500. This mode limits miner scoring to the identifier with the highest stake weight. Subnets remain on Yuma unless owners opt in and raise their configured capacity, giving flexibility to subnet operators.
