Constellation Brands (STZ) fell after reaffirming its full-year comparable EPS forecast and announcing the acquisition of vodka-based drink brand SpikedAde. SpaceX (SPCX) dropped on reports it is in early talks to raise $40 billion from investors including PIMCO and Apollo to buy Nvidia chips. Intel (INTC) rose as CEO Lip-Bu Tan said it will continue working with Elon Musk on Terafab.
