New York congressional candidate Darializa Avila Chevalier was arrested Thursday during a protest against Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu's UN speech. Avila Chevalier, who is all but assured to win the blue House seat after beating Rep. Adriano Espaillat in the primary, was among roughly 250 people detained, according to reports.
